If it's alright (eg. you're not spamming us with porn) we'll accept the tutorial and the link is published on this site immediately.

You can pick an avatar to come with your tutorial. You've probably seen the little 40x40 images next to the items in our lists, your tutorial can have one too. Create a small thumbnail of for example your photoshop effect, site logo or a portait of you. The image should be 40x40 or smaller, and no more than 10 kilobytes. Also, only JPG and GIF files are allowed.
